Caroline Lepage is a visionary leader and trailblazer in the meetings and events industry, currently serving as CEO of the Québec City Convention Centre and Québec City Business Destination. With a Master’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Commerce, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to her role.
Caroline began her career in economic development, quickly rising to become the youngest Vice-President and the first woman to hold the role at Québec International. Over her 12 years there, she spearheaded international missions, organized major events like Futurallia Québec 2003, and built a reputation as an innovator. In 2008, she transitioned to the private sector, acquiring Agora Opus3, which later became a leading professional conference organizer in Montréal and Québec City after its 2018 merger.
Recognized for her energy and passion, Caroline excels at connecting people and ideas to create impactful events. Her leadership extends beyond her role, with active involvement in industry boards such as Le Carnaval de Québec, MPI, and the Québec City Tourism Office.
