PCMA and its Singapore-based event tech partners, Gevme, unveiled the launch of Project Spark at IMEX 23 in Frankfurt in response to the growing fears within event planner communities of the impact that AI will have upon their productivity and jobs. But Sherrif Karamat CAE, the organisation’s Chief Executive, explains that it isn’t AI which will take over the roles of planners but that it certainly will be those who use AI that will.
He is joined by Iceberg Ambassador, Sarah Fleming, who concludes that far from a threat to the status quo, AI will enable events to be more productive and therefore sustainable while Gevme’s CEO, Veemal Gungadin, illustrates the content management, event management, and sustainability gains that AI will deliver.
