The CityDNA Autumn Conference in partnership with the GDS Forum hosted sustainability futurist, author and investor, Ed Gillespie, to address the combined DMO community in Bruges. The co-founder of The Futurenauts, a strategy ‘insultancy’, put the counter argument to the naysayers of climate change and that all destination management organisations have a responsibility to treat the consumption of travel far more responsibly.
